The building manager leads police to the 3rd-floor apartment

When the body fell on the sidewalk outside the building manager’s window he immediately called police. As the crime lab processed the victim’s body outside, the building manager led police up the creaky stairs to the third-floor apartment the victim fell from. This is what they found.
